Manager menu

Description

I implemented the manager menu and created the test_manager.py file

Issue(s)

I can't get pytest to be 100% sorry. I need help.

• Change 1: changed manager.py to implement manager_menu()
• Change 2: added test_manager.py

I'm testing all of the options but I can't get it to be 100%
